Promotion Terms & Conditions:
Effective as of 16th October 2023
1. This ‘MSE summer’ promotion is organised by Plum Fintech Limited (“Plum”).
2. The promotion is open to new Plum customers who create their account from 16th October 2023, and who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined below.
3. To be eligible for the promotion reward, a participating customer must still have an 'active' Plum account, 90 days after downloading the app using our MSE partner link and completing their Plum profile.
4. For a customer account to be considered 'active', they must:
4a. Deposit at least £100 into Plum within 14 days of creating their Plum account. This can include all money held in the Primary Plum pocket, Interest Pocket(s), Plum Interest account, Plum Card Pocket or Investments (Funds, Stocks or Pensions);
4b. And, maintain a balance of at least £100 in their Plum account, from the date of the initial deposit until the end of the 90-day promotional period.
5. Eligible participants with an active Plum account will each be gifted a reward of £10.
6. The reward of £10 will be paid into each eligible participant's Primary Plum Pocket, within 10 working days of the end of the initial 90-day period, after they download the app using our MSE partner link and create their profile.
7. After the promotion reward is deposited into each eligible participant's Primary Plum Pocket, it will then be covered by general Plum account Terms & Conditions.
8. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Plum, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
9. Plum reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason.
10. Plum also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who we believe has violated these Terms & Conditions or who engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
