Yolt is closing: how to transfer your money to the best alternative
Budgeting app Yolt is closing down on Saturday December 4th 2021, with all accounts, profiles and prepaid cards automatically stopping on this date.
If you have a Yolt account, you’ll need to withdraw any funds ahead of the deadline, or you won't be able to directly access your cash (after this date, you'll have to contact the Yolt helpline to get it back).
We’ve got step-by-step instructions on how to withdraw your cash from Yolt below... plus a great suggestion if you’re looking for an alternative app you can use to help you budget, save money, and invest simply.
How to withdraw your money from Yolt
To transfer your funds from the Yolt app 📲
- Log into the Yolt app
- Tap ‘Transfer’ from the Wallet tab
- Select the account to which you want to transfer your funds
Yolt says you can also withdraw any money in your account from your nearest ATM cashpoint 💷
