1 | This ‘Welcome Cashback - March 2026’ (“The Promotion”) is organised by Plum Fintech Limited (“Plum”). |
2 | The promotion is open to new Plum customers who create their account from 23/02/2026 from our offer landing page, and who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined below. |
3 | To be eligible for the promotion reward, a participating customer must still have an 'active' Plum account, 180 days after downloading the app using our offer landing page and completing their Plum profile. |
4 | For a customer account to be considered 'active', they must hold a minimum total balance of £250. This balance is cumulative, meaning it can be distributed across any combination of Plum pockets, savings accounts, or investment options (including ISA, GIA, or SIPP). |
5 | The minimum of £250 contribution must be made within 14 days of completing a Plum profile. |
6 | Eligible participants will be gifted a reward based on their lowest total cumulative balance held across all Plum accounts during the 180-day period: (a) £10 for £250–£2,499.99; (b) £25 for £2,500–£4,999.99; (c) £50 for £5,000+. |
7 | The reward will be paid into each eligible participant's Primary Plum Pocket within 10 working days of the initial 180-day period, provided the minimum total balance has been held for 180 consecutive days. |
8 | After the promotion reward is paid into the customer’s Primary Plum Pocket, it will then be covered by general Plum account Terms & Conditions. |
9 | By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Plum, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. |
10 | Plum reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. |
11 | Plum also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is believed to have violated these Terms & Conditions or who engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity. |
