Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. This ‘NY 2024 promotion’ (“The Promotion”) runs from 1st–31st January 2024 and is organised by Plum Fintech Limited (“Plum”).

2. The Promotion is open to invited UK customers who have an active account* when winners are selected, following the promotion close, and who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

3. To be eligible for The Promotion reward, a participating customer who received the email invitation, must have enabled at least 1 automated deposit rule at the time of The Promotion close.

4. Customers may gain 1 extra entry into The Promotion for each additional rule enabled, to give a maximum of 8 entries in total (available rules are Automatic, Round Ups, Weekly Depositor, Pay Days, 52 Week Challenge, 1p Challenge, Rainy Days and the Naughty Rule).

5. There will be 5 winners for The Promotion, each selected at random from all eligible entries, who will receive a share of the total prize fund of £3,122.

6. The 5 Promotion prizes correspond to the typical annual deposit amounts customers can expect from some of our most popular rules. The prizes will be allocated as follows; 1st prize is £1,378 52, 2nd place prize is £667.95, 3rd place is £530, 4th place is £286.11 and 5th place £260.

7. The Promotion prizes will be paid into the winners’ Primary Plum Pockets typically within 10 working days of the competition closing, on 31st January 2024.

8. By entering The Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Plum, which are final and binding in all matters relating to The Promotion.

9. Plum reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend The Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notification.

10. Plum also reserves the right to disqualify any participating customer from The Promotion who it believes has violated these Terms & Conditions or Plum’s General Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to customers engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity (these Promotion Terms & Conditions act as an addendum to those General Terms & Conditions that are in place between Plum and its customers).

*An active Plum account is defined as one currently in use and not inactive, and that adheres to Plum’s General Terms & Conditions without any breaches.
