Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is open to all Plum customers in the UK who had created their Plum account prior to 11th November 2022, and who receive an invitation to participate in our New Year referral sweepstake.

2. To open a Plum account in the UK, you must be over 18 years old and a UK tax resident.

3. The sweepstake winner will be selected at random from all participating and current customers who made a successful referral during the promotion period. Note that you’ll earn 1 entry into our sweepstake for each friend who successfully uses your referral invite during the promotion period, regardless of whether you reach the goal required to trigger your regular referral bonus (you can also read full T&Cs for our referral scheme).

4. The definition of a successful referral will be outlined in the promotion invite, and may include (though not be limited to) either:

4a. A referee uses the referrer’s unique link to download Plum and link their bank;

4b. A referee uses the referrer’s unique link to download Plum, link their bank and start a free subscription trial to Plum Pro, Ultra or Premium.

5. There is no purchase necessary.

6. 1 winner will be selected at random from the successful entries and awarded Marks & Spencer (M&S) gift cards with a face value of £2,000 at the time of promotion close, and valid for 24 months under the terms of M&S’s gift card scheme.

7. There is no cash alternative to the prize of M&S gift cards.

8. This promotion will close on or around Sunday 22nd January 2023 (the precise end time will be staggered across different customer cohorts and specified for each customer within their invitation to participate).

9. The winner will be contacted within 10 working days of the latest possible promotion end time, via the email address associated with their Plum account.

10. Plum reserves the right to exclude any individual from the competition who it believes did not use the promotion in good faith.
