Effective as of 12th June 2024.

1. This survey is organised by Plum Fintech Limited (“Plum”)  as part of its June 2024 promotion (“The Promotion”).

2. The Promotion is open to existing Plum customers who receive our invitation to participate in the survey and who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined below.

3. To be eligible for The Promotion prize,  invited participants must respond to our email invitation within 5 working days and complete our short research interview (it takes around 8 minutes).

4. Eligible participants who fulfil the above terms will be eligible for our Promotion prize draw to win a reward of £100.

5. 1 winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants, once our research interviews have been completed (we estimate that this will take place on or around 18th June 2024), and the prize of £100 will be paid into their Primary Plum Pocket, within 10 working days of The Promotion close.

6. After The Promotion prize is deposited into each eligible participant's Primary Plum Pocket, it will then be covered by general Plum Account Terms & Conditions.

7. By entering The Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to The Promotion.

8. Plum reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend The Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including where a prize has been offered.

9. Plum also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who we believe has violated these Terms & Conditions or who engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

10. Plum will process customer personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11. The intellectual property rights of the content of The Promotion and any of the material that appears in the survey are protected by copyright laws and Plum reserves its respective rights at all times.
