Promotion Terms & Conditions:

Effective as of 1st October 2023

1. This ‘Plum Partner Cashback Promotion’ promotion is organised by Plum Fintech Limited (“Plum”).

2. The promotion is open to new Plum customers who create their account from 1st October 2023, and who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined below.

3. To be eligible for the promotion reward, participants must both:

3a. Deposit £100 into their new Plum account within 14 days of downloading the app using our partner link and completing their Plum profile;

3b. And, maintain an 'active' Plum account by holding at least £100 in it for 90 days after that same date.

4. For a customer account to be considered 'active', the money can be held in their Primary Pocket, Cash ISAs, Interest Pockets, Plum Interest, Plum Card Pocket, Investments (Funds, Stocks or Pensions) or any combination of them.

5. Eligible participants who fulfil these terms will each be gifted a reward of £5.

6. The reward of £5 will be paid into each eligible participant's Primary Plum Pocket, within 10 working days of the initial 90-day period, after they download the app using our selected partner link and create their profile.

7. After the promotion reward is deposited into each eligible participant's Primary Plum Pocket, it will then be covered by general Plum account Terms & Conditions.

8. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Plum, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

9. Plum reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason.

10. Plum also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who we believe has violated these Terms & Conditions or who engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
